KROBO YOUTH APPEALS TO ECG



The relocation of the Electricity Company of Ghana office from Somanya is having a great effect on the activities of the people in both Yilo and Lower Manya Krobo Municipalities. 

According to the people there has been a total blackout in the Municipalities for the past four days which has been described as a punishment. 

At a Press conference at Somanya by the Coalition of Krobo Youth and addressed by the convener Fredrick Narh Okley, the group accused the United Krobo Foundation for being the cause of the relocation of the ECG Office from Somanya to Juapong through their actions. 

They however appealed to the management of ECG to rescind its decision and return to Somanya as they are prepared to provide 24 hour protection for them and also ready to work with them.

Meanwhile some residents complained about the hardships and suffering the blackout has brought to them.

AMPEDWEE COMMUNITY APPEALS FOR DRINKING WATER
