SECOND LADY ENDS EASTERN REGIONAL TOUR 

The Wife of the Vice President Hajia Samira Bawumia has ended her four day tour of the Eastern Region with a visit to eleven Moslem and Fulani Communities in thirteen Constituencies in the region.These include, New Juaben North and South, Suhum, Afram Plains North and South, Akwatia, and Upper Manya Krobo among others. 

Addressing a durbar at Jakiti, the Second Lady said, the Akufo Addo led Administration is committed to provide decent jobs to all Ghanaians emphasizing that he has demonstrated such commitment in the last three and half years of his government by initiating several job creation opportunities such as one district one factory and planting for food and Job. 

She further stated that before the inception of the NPP government Ghana had only 55 ambulances but current the country can boast of ambulance in each constituency.


At Asesewa in the Upper Manya Krobo District, Hajia Bawumiah asked the people to endorse President Akuffo Addo to address their infrastructural challenges. She further reiterated the relevance of the free SHS to Ghanaians.

 The Second Lady as part of her tour commissioned two Mechanized water facility at Agormanya and Akuse in the Lower Manya Krobo District in the Eastern Region.
