Madam Charlotte Osei In Kabul To Commence Her UN Appointment.  Madam Charlotte Osei In Kabul The Former Electoral Commissioner of Ghana, Charlotte Osei, has arrived in Kabul, the Capital city of Afghanistan, to commence her assignment with the United Nations (UN) as Electoral Commissioner to Afghanistan.  Madam Charlotte Osei Madam Charlotte Osei appointment  was confirmed by a Presidential Decree issued by the President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani and the news was made public last Monday.   The former Ghana EC chairman was fired by President Nana Akufo-Addo in 2018 as Chairperson of Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) but was recently appointed by UN as an International Election Commissioner to Afghanistan. Ghana Have Hired Arsenal Coach For The 2019 AFCON. Simon Copely  Ghana have added Simon Copely, Arsenal’s Under 14 head coach, as part of their technical team for this year summer AFCON. Simon Copely has worked in the Premier League for over 10 years, joining Arsenal in 2014 and working across all age groups up to U23 level. Simon Copely at Arsena Ghana have been drawn in Group F together with defending champions Cameroon, Benin, and Guinea Bissau. The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Egypt which commences between 21 June and 19 July.
