Ghana-US Military  Partnership Agreement  Not Partisan Politics Issue


Ghana and the United States of America security partnership agreement should not be the issue of partisan politics discussion.

After thorough reading of the partnership agreement and what this nation has to offer, I think we should put our partisan political clothes aside as Ghanaians  and analyze and scrutinize the contract well.

Parliament has agreed on the contract but to my knowledge we the citizens gave the Executive(presidency) and the legislature (parliament) the power to make decisions in favour for us.

So we the citizens needs to put our partisan political clothes aside and stand against this partnership agreement.

Dr. Kwame Nkrumah has been the first president that started the free education from the formerly elementary school getting through to the Secondary and the Technical schools to Universities. Most of the leaders we have in the country who were in the secondary school in the mid-1960s benefited from such free elementary and secondary school education. However, this education policy was overthrown together with Kwame Nkrumah government in the year 1971.
